Refractory ceramic fiber board is ideal for furnace, boiler duct and stack lining thanks to its thermal conductivity and low heat storage, which makes the shorter cycle times and quicker access for maintenance in the industrial furnaces possible.

Manufacturing Process of Ceramic Fiber Board

Ceramic fiber insulation board is a kind of aluminium silicate fire-resisting board, which is manufactured through vacuum forming with quality aluminum silicate wool as the raw material after removing slag and impurity by washing, adding high temperature resistance binder, forcing, mould forming, dewatering and solidifying elaborate processing.
